Welcome to Synopsis. By accessing or using our website (www.studiosynopsis.com), purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Made-to-Order Model
All garments at Synopsis are made to order. This means that each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless there is a verified error on our part (see Section 5).

2. Custom Orders
For custom sizing or made-to-measure garments, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate measurements. Synopsis is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed during checkout. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Our standard production time is 5–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be processed if:

  • The wrong size was sent due to an internal error.

  • The garment arrived damaged and valid photo or video proof is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
    Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, copy, and branding on www.studiosynopsis.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Synopsis and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

7. Privacy
By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your data and never share it with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications
Synopsis reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
