At Synopsis, every piece is made to order with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Because each garment is created specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to change of mind, fit, or preferences.
Returns or Refunds Will Only Be Considered If:

You receive a wrong size due to an error on our end.

You receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, and you provide photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

In the case of custom orders, where measurements are provided by the customer, Synopsis is not responsible for issues related to incorrect fit if the measurements shared were inaccurate.

Return or refund requests without valid supporting proof (e.g., images of the damaged product, incorrect size received) will not be eligible.

Any approved refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received in its original, unworn condition.
