Production Timeline

All orders are made to order and typically dispatched within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

For custom orders that require specific measurements or alterations, additional time may be needed. If so, our team will inform you via email.
Shipping Duration

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location within India.

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking information provided at the time of dispatch.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an additional charge may apply and will be informed to you via e-mail.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
International Shipping

Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays caused by external logistics providers, strikes, natural events, or public holidays are beyond our control. In case of such delays, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at info@studiosynopsis.com with your order number and relevant details.
